InDesign CS6 Crashing Constantly

ever since upgrading creative cloud thing (from cs3) indesign cs6 has been crashing constantly. photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver , acrobat fine.

 

as far can tell, crashes arbitrary. it's not when i'm using specific tool, it's not when i'm saving, etc. might exporting pdf, might typing, might doing anything.

 

usually error: "adobe indesign shutting down. serious error detected. please restart indesign recover work in unsaved indesign document."

 

sometimes relaunching id works hour, , few minutes, go perpetual crash mode, crashes on relaunch repeatedly. way out of restart computer. in these cases unsaved work lost , document can no longer opened without causing id crash while attempting open it. cumulatively, i've lost hours of work now, despite having save every 30 seconds.

 

it happens when id program open. , trying run indesign cs3 backup doesn't work. crashes same way, when didn't before so-called "upgrade."

 

me:

imac 3.1 ghz intel core i5

24 gb ram

os 10.7.5

creative cloud recognizes indesign cs6 being "up date"

 

thanks in advance help. i'm desperate.

we're having same problem: 2 of us, both working cloud based subscriptions. lost hours mounting up, , frustration level rising. where's problem, adobe? where's fix! need work!!

Adobe Acrobat Pro , Terminal Server Use

hello,   a fellow employee requires adobe acrobat pro installed use, , management me have sorted out. employee uses thin client connect terminal server of administration work.   i require single license adobe acrobat pro used single user.   will there license issues installing adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   can install adobe acrobat pro on terminal server?   thanks, david hi david,   yes, can install acrobat terminal servers... !   the licensing terminal server considered normal licensing process, means need buy many number of licenses acrobat number of users accessing terminal server (like citrix) access software. eg if 10 users accessing citrix server @ particular time use acrobat software need 10 licenses same. when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
