以前まで正常に使えていたpremiere elements 9が、「読み込み中 RecorderDV.prm」と出たところで固まってしまい、編集画面が開けません。

以前まで正常に使えていたインストール済みのadobe premiere elements 9が、立ち上げ画面を開いた後に「新規プロジェクト」あるいは「プロジェクトを開く」をクリ

ックすると、「読み込み中　recorderdv.prm」と出たところで固まってしまい、編集画面が開けません。どうすれば解決できるでしょうか？
以下にplugin loading logを貼り付けます。
これをみても原因はrecorderdv.prmのようですが、どうすればよいかがわかりません。
