Creative Cloud update fails... error A12E1
creative cloud has been trying update past week, fails every time error code a12e1:
mac osx 10.8.4.
anyone else having issue?
hi adi-dallas,
please perform below steps:
1) reboot computer.
2) if error still persist, rename oobe folder oobe old from
mac: mac hd/library/application support/adobe
3) download creative cloud once again , try launching.
4) if still faces issue quit/end aam notifier process
windows:
press ctrl alt delete
start task manager
click 'processes' tab , check if have aamnotifier running
if so, click end task
mac:
go spotlight (magnifying glass @ top right on screen)
type activity monitor
press return open activity monitor
check in activity monitor aamnotifier
quit process if find it
