Is there a way to loop individual layers in Edge?

i being able loop animation in edge play continually.  coordinating edge animation number of different layers each object makes me want able loop each layer.   right seems can insert action trigger in general timeline.  possible insert action triggers individual layers?

 

for example, made animation illustrator portfolio page (sorry long url):

i have set layers each color, , layers each texture.  right cycles through them in regular pattern.  i'd set individual loops each color , texture layer animation varies little.

 

is there way that?  i'm getting feet wet edge, if there way, haven't found in manuals , tutorials i've gone through.  (or if in tutorial, it's not labeled such.)

 

any assistance here appreciated.  in advance -

depending on how composition set, there several things done.

i use randomizer randomize animations. symbols or same timeline. can give more details?

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
