problem with pdf

i have downloaded file .c87-m9-b-user-guide.pdf   page of gibberish sender tells me need download adobe acrobat. how programe free have adobe reader.

you don't need acrobat view pdfs. if there's scrambled text, there's problem pdf or system's font , language settings - it's either missing font , substitution messes appearance or lanugae encoding wrong begin , system can't associate proper characters. nothing program use view. assuming mean odd vacuum cleaner thingy, pdf opens fine on end , looking @ file properties, there nothing wrong explain problem. since didn't provide system information on part, though, nobody can realyl guess what's going on on end.
