Thread: Display Script on Startup

i have script runs on startup, doesn't display terminal of it. there way display instead of running in background?

instead of pointing script in startup application list need point launcher (or script maybe if using gnome 3) starts gnome-terminal , runs first script in it.

in gnome 2 right clicking on desktop , choosing "create launcher" "application in terminal" , allowed point script clicking browse button. have no idea if can same in gnome 3, hence comment above launcher script.
