Trouble downloading Illustrator trial on macbook air

i'm using macbook osx version 10.8.4.

 

this happens:

- click 'download trial'.

- agreement section (with t&cs , accept button) flashes before eyes millisecond, before loading spinner appears permanently under 'apps' tab. try click on other tabs greyed out.

 

i go out, come , loading spinner still there.

 

any ideas?
