How to remove "Permissions."

hello,

 

    since upgrading xi, , going far installing 9, can't attach adobe pdf. email, in ie or ff. attaching other files good. pop says, "you don't have permission open file. contact adm." log on adm. i'm 1 use computer. 2 days of cleaning , upgrading , still won't work. (dysfunction of pdf. prior clean up), , have ff23.

this looks windows permissions issue. copy following (bold text) , paste blank document in notepad (do not use wordpad or word - notepad)

save file "owner.reg", .reg extension. need select "all file types" in "save as" drop down. save desktop.

double click owner.reg file.

click ok when asks if you're sure want make changes registry.

click ok when tells has added entry.

right click , pdfs have been giving error , select "take ownership". if they're in 1 folder, right click folder , "take ownership"

you'll see command prompt window open new permissions applied files.

you should able email them no errors
