Premiere Elements 11 crashes during playback after adding PiP

i have adobe premiere elements 11, date, , windows 7 home date. new problem started recent project. have done these types of edits , pip's many times success same type of source video formats, etc.

 

the problem: add small clip of video on main video timeline picture in picture. adds timeline , can play ok (before rendering). if add transition front of pip, crash during playback (pre-render). or, if render timeline before adding transition, crash during playback once gets pip.

 

i tested pip still pictures , works ok, crashes on video pip. have tested different video formats (from gopro , panasonic camcorder) same results (crashes). have uninstalled adobe premiere quicktime , re-installed them, same results. quite frustrated constant crashes, since have done dozen or more videos same exact way using same cameras , same types of video files.

 

any appreciated.

can tell full details of source clips?

then, project's settings?

finally, details of computer, concentration on both cpu , gpu?

 

also, have updated gpu's video driver, mfgr's. web site? if not, so, rule out quickly.

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?
