Setting up PS for my camera's 1:1 aspect ratio (RAW)

on canon 60d, have aspect ratio set 1:1, see crop marks i'm shooting framing purposes. raw not conform 1:1 (i believe jpeg does). adjust in camera raw , move onto ps. stumped. i'm @ loss on how 1:1 aspect ratio back. don't know methodology. can point me tutorial this?

camera raw support 1:1 aspect ration.  have right click when using crop tool bring contextual menu, , select "custom."  type in ratio.
