What does "no mountable file systems" imply?

firefox 22.0 tells me need update adobe flash player.  current version 11.7.700.225.  ok.  initiate update process.  download:

adobeflashplayerinstaller_11au_ltrosxd_aaa_aih(2).dmg.

double click, "no mountable file systems" message.

 

go through troubleshooting, dowload file,

install_flash_player_osx-1.dmg

get same error message.

 

btw, using osx 10.7.5(64bit) on imac

"no mountable file systems" means blocking dmg downloading. it's not complete disk image.

 

download offline installer , see if helps http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_playe r_11_osx.dmg
