Cannot create a file when that file already exists

when try use photoshop filters: adaptive wide angle, shake reduction , liquify. error pop saying "cannot create file when file exists".

just 1 detail: liquify filter doen't pop error right away, error occurs after press "ok" button accept changes.

 

i have tryed reset preferences, tryed reinstall ps, update ps, download (and install) latests drivers pc.

my pc fit in requirements, have opengl version: 3.0

 

i have photoshop cs5 installed, in liquify filter works perfectly.

this message comes windows os , not photoshop.

i’m guessing here seems there permission or locked file/folder problem photoshop preferences folder or path. on win pc preferences path is:

c:\users\jworthin\appdata\roaming\adobe\plugins\adobe liquify cc\photoshop

check see if folder permissions correct , preferences files not locked.

again, educated guess.
