hello? sorry reference indian accent, have nothing against them! but, have run end of "trials", still paying $50 month, have client coming in tomorrow, tired of hearing wonderful, wish understand frustration, esp since have nothing functioning anywhere anymore since "trials" have run out... work working during "trial" mode, not converted ever want call functioning mode no matter how many files, no matter how many times tried , kept getting told "don't have 'license'" cc files, etc, etc, etc , on , on entire "trial" period. able move , re-license of avid software in matter of minutes. not single glitch. have read every since posting, every single "read me", have been in business more 50 years , have engineering degree... not stupid. have nothing on old machine , "pay $29 per month" on new machine. adobe can not possibly serious here.

i not able loacte subscription under email address. can send on order number subscription purchased. when launch software there should option "license software". click on it, sign in adobe id , password associated subscription activate software.
