Need help creating Reader Enabled PDF

is there restriction on creating editable pdfs reader when have trial version of acrobat? despite following instructions, when attempt edit text in reader security restriction error message.

the trial 100% functional 30 days. when saving pdf reader use must save "reader extended additional features enabled" in order allow forms filled. saved , emailed. text editing isn't possible in reader, acrobat.
