How to deselecting radio buttons?

here's dilemma.i have form radio button list. list located in 1 section of form. there 2 options available. set user has select 1 or other button. need add ability user deselect radio button in section if he/she didn't intend complete section. how do that? i'm not real familiar adding javascript codes forms step-by-step instructions helpful.
