How to import keyboard shortcuts from CS6 to CC?

every time there's new version go through trying figure out keyboard shortcuts file lives , every time it's hell. time i've been searching , searching , can't find way do. why hard? should thing happen automacally or @ least there option "import keyboard shortcuts." can't use new illustrator without shortcuts. i've looked in preferences in library , in applications folders. ideas?

i'm not using versions mentioned, on mac os used .kys file located in illustrator programme folder > presets > language > keyboard shortcuts.

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
