InDesign CC QR generator widget gets stuck

i tried out qr generator today. set "email", , filled in email address , subject. tried out phone , worked great. deleted qr , started making one. low , behold, wouldn't allow me select other type of qr qhat had before (even kept values had before default.) thought may stuck in document, made new document. selected qr generator, , old values there before. couldn't change type "plain text" or of other types. plain stuck.

 

i'm using pc windows 7. have others discovered :feature"?

i tried on both windows 7 , mac 10.8.  can't replicate problem.  have tried holding ctrl-alt-shift launch id reset preferences?
