Error Message on Startup

i have toshiba c675 laptop amd processor running windows 8 , error message when trying start adobe reader. "an internal error occured" please help!

right click on adobe reader icon , choose troubleshoot compatibility - try recommended settings - choose test program , able disable protected mode fix program.
