How Can I extract pages from a PDF document into a separate document by clicking a link?

i have created large pdf document several pages, have link symbol on contents page of document relates several services on different pages within document. identified having same link symbol on every page relates particular service. wondering if there way in can create interactive pdf, when click initial symbol link on contents, collates relevant linked service pages single document or guides viewer pages without having create separate pdf document each service?

simple answer - no. pdf files cannot reassemble new documents, nor can hide pages.
