PLEASE HELP! How to recover original (high quality) images?

please help!!! accidentally exported original photos in low quality (reduced size 12mb 600kb), needed (herein lays mistake) upload them proofing site requires me reduce quality of images significantly.  never without backing things up, or before making copy etc. time however, in big rush these client , not exported original files (even though exported new folder, somehow, originals got reduced without me noticing), deleted them memory card (i tried card recovery software , no luck).  i'm left folder full of low quality, useless images , no (known) way of restoring them original high quality (12mb) state. aid might able me restore (or locate) original images, here other details:

 

program: lightroom 2

computer: macbook pro

camera: nikon d7100 (i post used camera delete images off memory cards...not sure if there way recover via camera?)

 

notes:

  • images no longer show in preview (yes, deleted them there too!)
  • i did not back-up
  • i tried scanning hard-drive, memory card , external drive recovery software (no luck)
  • the images on 2 memory cards and, mentioned, deleted them using camera (when ran recovery software, images deleted via computer came - "did not make cut" photos shoot deleted in bridge - rest of photos, ones need, not coming in scan)
  • these images used posters, high quality crucial (i praying can me in way going in big trouble if client doesn't paid for)
  • there nothing in trash can either
  • i tried using preview extraction plug-in, there no previews (duh sanja), plug in proved useless

 

i think that's info can provide (maybe it's info is)...but sincerely hope information can aid out there in helping me photos back.

i'm not sure, think need slow down little bit , rethink have done. lightroom not reduce size of original images. lightroom cannot change size of original images. when exported smaller sized images, copies made originals. originals did not change in size. so, close lightroom if need to, , locate computer system folders system browser , find out located. again, lightroom not change size of original images. can export smaller copies, sure. , normal thing do. unless intentionally deleted original images suspect still on hard drive somewhere.

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
