Dr. Brown's Service Installer, can't install without signature Win7 64-bit

dr. brown's service installer 2.6.1 doesn't have digital signature.  problem i'm not getting option ignore , install anyway. i'm running windows 7 (64-bit) , i'm running extension manager "as administrator".  suggestions?

some questions:

did use extension manager cc or cs6?

where can extension, helpful if can send extension exman.beijing@gmail.com.

in addition, can extension version 2.3.1 exchange, free extension, , installed successfully.

i have been searching time way edit metadata of video file created along de-novo file. specifically, vlc example, displays metadata text when begins playing file. trying access to. seems me, if there way create metadata in first place, there *must* way edit it. how? using either 11.04 or 12.04 kubuntu. nautilus it's nice icon displays of photos , vids. typically use gwenview , gimp photos , vlc , avidemux video. these tools work things, occasionally, there video has wrong or verbose metadata , far have found no way edit stuff. vlc has option purports work in cases, not reliable, looking swiss-army-knife solution can handle multiple formats (avi/wmv/mpg/mp4/etc/etc) in manner exfalso audio files.
