Timecode-based synchronize off by 3 frames. Help?

is there way adjust synchronize options automatically compensate 3 frame offset?

 

we're trying sync our red footage audio files using timecode each.  auto synchronize feature doing great job, except audio consistently 3 frames off.  means have go in manually , shift each clip 3 frames...which lot of time.
