photoshop cc

i installed photoshop cc onto computer runs windows 7.  installed color efex pro , worked fine.  then, had restart computer other reasons, when turned on, computer said non genuine version of windows 7.  googled problem , fixed it.  then, restarted again , found photoshop cc missing.  program files , start menu.  cs5 had overrun it, cant start either.  have updates files list photoshop cc , says updated, cant install photoshop cc computer!!!  cant re download site says have it!  dont, not in programs list when go control panel!  infurating me.  cant hard, surely??

well, fix system. seriously. have problem disk controller(s), that's why windows resets , creates system restore points eradicate adobe programs. far concerned, can run creative cloud cleaner tool , reinstall, unless find out what's wrong system, has happened wil lhappen again...
