"Creative Cloud Desktop failed to install" | iMac - OX 10.8.4


i had cc installed of apps working, forced update, , fails every time.

 

i  had 2 different adobe support people use meeting app , take control of screen. both unable fix issue. took easy way out saying try restarting , can connect chat if neccessary, of course reboot never worked , when returned adobe meeting never accepted request.

 

i have tried changing "sharing & permissions" on different adobe folders read & write users. have renamed different oobe , aam etc etc folders "old"

 

i have uninstalled cc programs, used cc uninstaller app. have been 4 tech support, 2 walking me through, , 2 doing me. whats deal adobe, i'm ask refund , compensation lost work.

honestly these adobe support people reading script. i'm sure on forum has solved this, adobe support has been incompetent.
