Printing Issue with Adobe Photoshop Element 10

adobe photoshop element 10 (using printer hp officejet 4620). when printing pictures using element 10, half or less of picture printing. printing issue occurring within photoshop element 10.  when using other software products not happening.  specifically, using 5x7 photo paper no tab.  i believe need change margin settings within photoshop because missing 3 inches of picture , more that.  any appreciated.
