AMD Radeon HD 7670M: no lag previewing HD video?

greetings, after effects community:

considering computer radeon hd 7670m 1gb gddr5, believe. sufficient previewing hd video without more than, say, 5 seconds of lag? thank you!

p.s. think previewing gpu-based, if needed, running intel i5 3570 processor.

the gpu has nothing such matters in after effects.
