i trying setup fujitsu fi-6130z use acrobat 9.5.5. when open acrobat manually able scan desired.
however, "scan" button on scanner set open acrobat when pressed receive error message title of post described. have reinstalled acrobat , scanner drivers no avail. fujitsu said acrobat issue , not scanner. ideas?
