Premiere Pro not starting up

premiere pro cc not starting up. purchased cc annual subscription , other apps working fine except premiere pro. wouldn't start up. window comes saying "premiere pro has stopped working. windows checking solutions". have tried installing , uninstalling app again , tried quitting , signing out of creative cloud. nothing seems working.

i working on dell mobile workstation (m6700) i7-3840qm processor, nvdia quadro k3000m 2gb graphics card , 8 gb of ram.

go bios , disable on-board video.  set use only the nvidia card.
