restricting image editing/copying without restricting printing

i'm teacher creating lesson plans sell on different sites tpt , teacher notebook

 

in lessons, using licensed clip art , images.

 

i need able restrict editing , copying images alone licensed use.

 

my problem is, when go security in acrobat set password, there not option restrict editing , copying. have set password printing.  not ideal looking have many people downloading plans print , have no way generate mass/automatic distribution of password.

 

can help?

 

p.s.  no means tech saavy, layman's terms , screen shot appreciated.  also,  using bit of dinosaur computer windows 7 , have adobe xi pro (trial version) if of necessary.

when allow printing possible create new pdf document without restriction.
