is lightroom 5 compatable with windows xp

hi,i using photoshop elements 11 resize , print pictures canvas  using windows xp printed size never same dimensions put photoshop discussed friend told me had same problem , had changed lightroom , solved problem.he using windows 8.i purchased lightroom 3 use xp cant seem able resize (larger or smaller) images,ca done using lightroom 3,also, lightroom 5 compatable xp , able resize in latest version,i appreciate comments or advise,thanks

there no resize option in version of lightroom.  if need image sized differently need export copy , specify dimensions copy.  other question lightroom 5 running on xp; answer no.  lightroom 5 needs @ least windows 7.  if motivation have lightroom 5 , can resize images, feature not there.  option export copies sized liking.
