you don't want put email address here in forum.
you can reply thread returning web page, or email. please don't start new thread each time.
back question, if things can stand scaling, 1 of easiest methods of doing waht want place pages of file new document made smaller size. that, use file > new.. , set size 7.5 x 10.5 inches. margins won't matter in case.
go indesignsecrets » blog archive » zanelli releases multipageimporter importing both pdf , indd files , download script. see how install scripts in indesign | indesignsecrets how set up.
once installed, open scripts panel (window > utilities > scripts) , double click script name run it. it's pretty intuitive -- there settings scaling built in.
the other option, if book can stand having half-inch removed each side, go layout > liquid layout , rom panel menu in upper right corner of panel choose layout adjustment , clcik box enable it. next go layout > margins , columns , subtract half inch each margin, , go file > document setup... , change page size. might work well, or might have real mess (it depends on how things snapped margin guides), use copy of file try it.
