i recibe next message when try activate adobe digital editions in new ipad mini bluefire reader "this id has been authorized many times" can do.

they can reset authorizations, , must reauthorize devices still need.

(unfortunately, adobe haven’t got round admin website viewing , editing authorizations.)

 

 

some of representatives haven't been trained , don't know (and claim there nothing can do);

in case way seems to give chat , try session hoping trained representative.

 

 

if problem device using overdrive, bluefire, aldiko or similar third party app, recommended not mention app when on chat, mention have run out of authorizations  (e_act_too_many_activations) .  ajp_bear tip.
