Trying to reinstall my CS6 Upgrade

i have had computer rfomatted , software deleted in process. have been using cs5 extended few years now.  when went in upload recent purchase of cs6 upgrade have been using past 3 months..it doesn't recognize serial number upgrade.  please let me know how possible... thank you

could please use more precise wording?  can't tell you've written whether might putting wrong sn in right place or place is.  if you're putting exact right things in right places adobe customer service able help.
