Premiere to Audition... Then What...

hello all,

i have been using premiere while i'm quite comfortable.  i'm handling largest project yet, 5min timeline located in large factory, i.e. lots of background noise.

i moved sequence audition edit, i'm rather overwhelmed.  i've done basic work audition, guess i'm looking advice on how edit sequence's audio.

i'll lay out premis of video: have guy testing several products' durability (a headlight specific) smashing them hammer, lighting on fire, drilling it, etc..

there many clips, each different noises going on. i'd capture individual noises, i.e. hammer hitting light, without getting background noise.  said, background noise/levels in every clip different.

i realize post lengthy, advice appreciated. let me know guys think!

is sound effects want improve or there dialogue? background noise jumping edit between shots in same sequence ie. between wide shots , closeups? idea record quite long section of continuous audio of average background noise in each location (doesn't matter video picture is) can lay on whole of each edited sequence smooth on jumps in level of actual shots use. in lot of cases can replace audio steady background there no sync sound effects needed.
