Can I remove trails in video of a left to right pan shot?

hello,

 

i film panasonic hdc-hs700 @ 1920x1080p , 60 fps. left right pan shots commercials. when upload commercial youtube, panning shots terrible, choppy, if it's skipping frames, makes sense since frame rate on youtube 29.97, not 60p. can film in 60p , clip or render settings make appear smoother on yt? when film in 30p, still looks terrible when uploaded youtube. here's example: http://youtu.be/ryp2jule0hy

unfortunately don't have control on super smart google developers, decided downconvert hd uploads media files bitrate around 6 mbps, in turn results in ugly artifacts in shots lot of motion...

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
