How do I manually renew my subscription?


hi!

 

i've been having problem since last week , use on issue.

 

my credit card unsuccessfully charged monthly creative cloud subscription fee, therefore received email saying subscription has been downgraded free status , adobe apps tell me have around 6 days pay subscription. since last week, have been trying that. problem is, darn hard make manual renewal payment creative cloud. have been chatting customer support online, , keep on telling me cannot , have call phone support, did twice. first call took hour, me on hold long time , no results generated. second call put me on hold 30 minutes , ended guy telling me have no purchase record adobe , might have purchased through reseller. had no idea adobe's products purchased through adobe site purchasing through reseller. not make sense don't have purchase record because can access order history through account inside adobe site. main creative cloud website reseller? not make sense. , cant renew subscription. make matters worse, since signed yearly plan, if subscription expires, adobe charge me 50% of entire contract price. not fair since have been trying make payment week now, , deficiency in adobe's faulty payment system.

 

i hope adobe improves part of business. mind boggling me how company , complex adobe can fall short miserably in such simple thing payment system. far easier make payments other relatively smaller companies hostgator or godaddy. frustrating transaction take less minute taking week resolve.

 


hope me in matter. want take money can continue on working. ask? =)
