Thread: Can't load iContact.com after upgrading to Ubuntu 12.04

i can load other websites, can't load www.icontact.com no matter do. i've modified dns settings in network manager, /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/base file , modified /etc/default/grub following:

grub_cmdline_linux_default="ipv6.disable=1 quiet splash"

, again to

grub_cmdline_linux_default="quiet splash"

other computers on network can access website. i'm computer can't.

added google's public dns 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 , no luck.

i've rebooted. i've rebooted router. have done can think of.

when try access site via ip address, partially loads because stylesheets references through domain name.

got website load couple of times, after little while couldn't load site anymore.

can load http homepage, can't https pages load (which pretty rest of site).

tried disabling dnsmasq in /etc/networkmanager/networkmanager.conf

followed instructions found on post:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1968061

worked little while (minutes), unable reach icontact.com after little while up.

ideas?

i'm running ubuntu 12.04 on dell vostro 200.

hi,

able ping them? able ping them fine.

try uninstalling dnsmasq , seeing if fixes problem if 1 site, doubt it's entirely dns issue.
