Why does text box info get cut off in certificate

i using captivate 7.  when student enters name , pharmacy license number in field is ok, when reproduced in certificate (and name in "hello name welcome program") cuts off name if long , won't print of license info if there more 1 license (it prints of second) .... it's cutting off becuase there many letters or numbers.

 

i have correct field certificate, instance $$cpquizinfostudentname$$  , $$v_custom4$$  .... pulls info in field, cuts off.

 

any ideas?   help.   pulling little hair left on head out!
