DRM registration mistake

i made mistake when completing drm registration , can download library books read on computer when need able read them on kobo touch.

tried uninstalling , re-installing programme doesn't seem work. tried changing password, failed did message said "you can authorise computer adobe id hasn't been used authorise other computer or device.  please try again"  - whatever means!  advice please?  not techie needs easy follow, thanks!

sometimes ade gets registration/activation confused , in semi-authorized state.

uninstalling , reinstalling not help.

unfortunately, gives misleading error messages wrong.

a common incorrect message informs id in use on computer , cannot reused.


this can resolved removing authorization using ctrl-shift-d library screen on ade (cmd-shift-d if on mac).

restart ade, , reauthorize (old) adobe id.
