Flex AIR app that has been working for months is now getting HTML errors

i have flex air app written in flex 4.6 has php backend using zend framework. have several queries mysql database. app has been working fine several months now, starting yesterday, 8/19/2013, started getting :

"error

netconnection.call.failed: http: failed"

 

and

 

"send failed

channel.connect.failed error netconnection.call.failed: http: failed: url: 'http://www.mydomain.com/path/gateway.php'"

 

i've been using charles , keep getting failure: "

remote server closed connection before sending response header

"

does know why have started on date? if willing me, can show can download app , can see happening. please help, hurting our business.

if hit url (with right parameters) browser, work?

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
