premiere pro cc won't launch

greetings,

 

w7, adobe premiere pro cc

 

i've uninstalled premiere pro cs5 , have installed prepro cc, when try launch, prepro cc shows initial purple 'adobe creative cloud premiere pro cc' launch image 5 secs, image disappears , nothing has opened/launched. i've tried opening via 'run administrator', no luck.

 

no error messages show @ all,it closes.

 

what should do?

somekind of hardware incompatibility probably. tech support work through install/launch failures probelms no charge if call/chat them.

having cs5 installed or uninstalled shoudl have nothing it, both apps can run live on same system simultaneously.
