Can you open Premiere CC file in Premiere 6?

i created file on laptop in premiere cc. trying open on desktop premiere 6.

 

i getting error message says "the project appears damaged, cannot opened" ...even though opens fine on laptop in cc.

 

this big problem me....any appreciated.

i see looks can not open cc file in 6, seems stupid.

 

can download cc onto desktop , have both 6 , cc on use need them? premiere 6 goto choice, cc on laptop, use when traveling, in bind. suggestions appreciated.
