Enterprise viewer app mobile provision expiring?

i have enterprise viewer app internal use has it's mobile provisioning pforile expiring. distributed through html page internally. understanding renewing mobile provision still require new app build installed users? there way avoid that? downloading new mobile provision , dragging itunes apps install updated 1 when synced ipad?

 

is there other way distribute enterprise apps internal use allow updates similar updates app store. whether it's expring provisioning profile or updated viewer version need updated? @ point want avoid having users download new versions of apps , redownload folios as possible.
