Flash Player Installation problem

i've been having difficulty re-installing flash player. don't error messages , have turned off pop-up blocker. follow online instructions yet program doesn't download correctly. when try use it, message flash player isn't installed in computer.

i had flash player on computer before , don't know why no longer have it. can't think of else try , i'll appreciate may provide!

i have been searching time way edit metadata of video file created along de-novo file. specifically, vlc example, displays metadata text when begins playing file. trying access to. seems me, if there way create metadata in first place, there *must* way edit it. how? using either 11.04 or 12.04 kubuntu. nautilus it's nice icon displays of photos , vids. typically use gwenview , gimp photos , vlc , avidemux video. these tools work things, occasionally, there video has wrong or verbose metadata , far have found no way edit stuff. vlc has option purports work in cases, not reliable, looking swiss-army-knife solution can handle multiple formats (avi/wmv/mpg/mp4/etc/etc) in manner exfalso audio files.
