Numbered boxes appearing over interactive buttons in PDF

created files in indesign , exported interactive pdf. buttons work fine clients acrobat pro see white boxes black numbers on buttons. colleagues , have acrobat pro , don't see these numbers. don't know start searching find answer. ideas? please help! have cs5 acrobat 9 pro.box issue.jpg

i have been searching time way edit metadata of video file created along de-novo file. specifically, vlc example, displays metadata text when begins playing file. trying access to. seems me, if there way create metadata in first place, there *must* way edit it. how? using either 11.04 or 12.04 kubuntu. nautilus it's nice icon displays of photos , vids. typically use gwenview , gimp photos , vlc , avidemux video. these tools work things, occasionally, there video has wrong or verbose metadata , far have found no way edit stuff. vlc has option purports work in cases, not reliable, looking swiss-army-knife solution can handle multiple formats (avi/wmv/mpg/mp4/etc/etc) in manner exfalso audio files.
