What are the possible reasons for adobe flash player crashing constantly?

i utilize mixcloud, soundcloud,and podomatic on daily basis, , have been having problems getting these 3 play.  i'm not if there clash between various plug-ins within mozilla firefox browser.  error messages have been receiving acknowledge problem adobe flash player error, shockwave flash player error, , flash blocker being enable in browser, keeps me receiving audio playback , music downloading onto page. i'm being asked reload page, or request crash report. has encounter problem?  help!

uninstall both flash player , shockwave using control panel.

 

reinstall both using flash player plug-in (all other browsers)

and http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

reboot

in firefox, click tools>addons

check sure both plugins enabled , latest version

i have been searching time way edit metadata of video file created along de-novo file. specifically, vlc example, displays metadata text when begins playing file. trying access to. seems me, if there way create metadata in first place, there *must* way edit it. how? using either 11.04 or 12.04 kubuntu. nautilus it's nice icon displays of photos , vids. typically use gwenview , gimp photos , vlc , avidemux video. these tools work things, occasionally, there video has wrong or verbose metadata , far have found no way edit stuff. vlc has option purports work in cases, not reliable, looking swiss-army-knife solution can handle multiple formats (avi/wmv/mpg/mp4/etc/etc) in manner exfalso audio files.
