operating system: osx 10.8.4

 

 

i've been attempting update latest release of adobe cc applications. each time i'm prompted update adobe creative desktop app , encounter a12e3 error. error occurs halfway through progress bar @ moment install begins , attempts mount install on desktop. i've verified disk permissions, thinking may read/write problem, , fine.

 

i have went through these steps remove adobe desktop application computer. rebooted , attempted re-run desktop app install without success.
