Internal Server Error

i purchased , installed pse 11 on windows 7 machine.  cannot video tutorials run, message (after waiting considerable time) says:

 

internal server error

the server encountered internal error or misconfiguration , unable complete request.

please contact server administrator, root@localhost , inform them of time error occurred, , might have done may have caused error.

more information error may available in server error log.

 

 

apache/2.2.15 (centos) server @ community.adobe.com port 80

 

 

 

 

 

what mean , can fix?

i forget , instead use web browser go tv.adobe.com, you'll find available video tutorials.
