Flash 10.3 & 11 crashes all browsing

my firefox 23.0.1 on win7 freezing on many, not all, flash videos, stops pages oading, , requires ccleaner-ing followed restart, function again. i'm getting problem, clips, in chrome , internet explorer too, using flash 11. i've had adobe flash 11 totally wreck firefox's color rendition - looks indexed color inverted! uses flash 10.3, problems still there, , browsers, above. crashing flash in 1 browser disables browsing computer-wide.

so, re-cap, adobe flash crashing browsers, not videos, on both versions 10.3 , 11. requires ccleaning, , re-start enable browsing after crash.

are video drivers date?
