How to reduce page size with pdf conversion

i converted few jpeg files pdf , conversion went okay. when @ properties of converted pdf files, says page dimentions 23 x 32 inch , not able load these website bougth pdf creator. requirement website maximum page width of 8 x 14inch. there way reduce page dimentions of pdf converted file , how?

fix size of jpeg files first before making pdf.
